Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit ProspectorCRM.com or sign up for early access, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain words.
Who we are
Prospector is an Agent Power Ups product from Thunderbird Agency, LLC, an Arizona company (“we”, “us”). If you have a question about this policy or your information, email Support@AgentPowerups.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address and mobile number when you sign up for early access, and anything you tell us on a call, by text or by email.
- Your consent record. When you sign up we save the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page you were on, your IP address, your browser type, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This is how we show you gave us permission to call and text you.
- Visit data. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to measure visits and ads: pages viewed, the site that sent you, your device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. See “Analytics and advertising” below.
- If you become a customer. The information you put into Prospector, such as your contacts, notes, appointments and deals, is used to run Prospector for you.
How we use it
- To set up your early-access account and get you started.
- To call and text you about your account, with your consent.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To understand how people use the site, improve it, and measure whether our ads work.
- To keep the site safe and to meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree on the sign-up form, we may text you about setting up your account. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email Support@AgentPowerups.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Calls from Rooster McCoy, our AI assistant
Rooster McCoy is Prospector’s AI assistant. He calls with an AI-generated voice. We place those calls only when you’ve agreed to them, for example to set up your account. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can set up your account and keep notes of what you asked for. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and you can tell us to stop calling.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and a Meta advertising pixel to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you signed up. We don’t send them your name, email or phone number from the sign-up form. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage the ads you see in your Meta account’s ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run Prospector, such as our CRM, phone and messaging, email, hosting and analytics providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share it if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details for as long as you’re in early access or a customer, and after that only as long as we need them for the reasons above. We keep consent records for as long as we may need to show that you gave us permission.
Your choices
- Stop texts by replying STOP, or stop calls by telling us.
- Ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Support@AgentPowerups.com. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
- Control cookies in your browser, and use the opt-outs under “Analytics and advertising”.
Children
Prospector is for adults who work in real estate. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that it never will be seen by someone it shouldn’t.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
