These terms cover ProspectorCRM.com and Prospector early access. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.

Who we are

Prospector is an Agent Power Ups product from Thunderbird Agency, LLC, an Arizona company (“we”, “us”). Questions go to Support@AgentPowerups.com.

What early access is

Early access is a waiting list and a setup call. It isn’t a paid plan, and signing up doesn’t commit you to buy anything. Prospector is still being built, so features can change. Some are marked “Coming soon” and may not be available yet. If you decide to become a customer, any plan, price and service terms will be agreed separately before you pay.

Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 and work in real estate, such as a licensed agent, broker or a member of their team. Sign up only with your own name, email and mobile number.

The Prospector text program

• Program name: Prospector.
• What we text about: setting up your early-access account, such as scheduling your setup call, reminders and follow-ups.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: msg and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re opted out.
• Help: reply HELP, or email Support@AgentPowerups.com.
• Consent to texts isn’t a condition of purchase.
• Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number. We don’t share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls from Rooster McCoy

Rooster McCoy is Prospector’s AI assistant and calls with an AI-generated voice. If you agree on the sign-up form, he or a member of our team may call you to set up your account. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a person, or tell us to stop calling, at any time.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes signing up someone else, sending false information, trying to break into or overload the site, copying it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site, the Prospector name, the artwork and the writing belong to Thunderbird Agency, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Names and numbers shown in the demos are made up.

No guarantees

The site and early access are provided “as is”. We don’t promise that they will always be available, free of errors, or right for your business, and we don’t promise any particular results.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thunderbird Agency, LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the site or early access, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
